01. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimal data strictly required to operate and maintain the availability of our service:
- Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics to track tool uptime and performance.
- Information you explicitly provide if you choose to submit our contact form.
- Basic server access logs automatically recorded by our hosting provider for edge DDoS mitigation.
02. Data We Never Collect
The foundation of Outreachque is client-side computation. Because files and calculators execute directly in WebAssembly and browser APIs, we never collect, inspect, or store:
- Invoice metadata, billing addresses, tax numbers, or transaction amounts.
- Calculated currency conversions, margin values, or PayPal transaction fees.
- Files, images, or documents submitted through our client-side conversion tools.
03. Cookies & Local Storage
We use the browser's local storage API exclusively to persist your workstation state between sessions (such as cached exchange rates or previously entered business headers for invoice generation). This data stays 100% on your device and is never uploaded.
04. Third-Party Services
We may leverage privacy-preserving analytics and CDN distribution partners (such as Cloudflare and Vercel) to deliver static assets globally with minimal latency.
